AMBULANCE SERVICE
BASIC LIFE SUPPORT AMBULANCE
Noble Sparrows’ Basic Life Support (BLS) vehicles are for patients who require medical transportation and continuous medical supervision/monitoring.
Emergency medical technicians (EMTs), who are trained to make treatment decisions, staff every BLS ambulance. Common BLS transport situations include:
- Medical and surgical patients not requiring cardiac monitoring
- Discharge to home and/or sub-acute care facilities (i.e. nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities)
- Psychiatric patients
Each ambulance carries Basic Life Support (BLS) medical supplies, including glucometers, albuterol, defibrillators, aspirin, EpiPens, pulse oximetry, intranasal naloxone administration, splints, bandages, oxygen tanks and masks, and spinal immobilization equipment.
The ambulances are neat, well maintained, hygienic and air conditioned to offer complete peace of mind

ADVANCE LIFE SUPPORT (ALS) AMBULANCE
Noble Sparrows’ Advance Life Support (ALS) vehicles are for patients who require medical transportation and continuous superior or critical medical supervision/monitoring/treatment on the route.
Emergency medical technicians (EMTs) or Doctors, who are trained to make treatment decisions, staff every ALS ambulance. Common ALS transport situations include:
- Medical and surgical patients not requiring cardiac monitoring
- The advanced life support ambulance has a paramedic on board, along with an Emergency Medical Technician.
- Staff in ALS have a higher level of training than those who operate the basic life support ambulances thus these personnel are allowed to start IVs, administer medications, and give injections to help stabilize the patient on the way to a nearby trauma center.
- Discharge to home and/or acute care facilities (i.e. nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities)
- Psychiatric patients
Each ambulance carries Advance Life Support (ALS) medical supplies state-of-the-art heart and blood pressure monitoring equipment, including glucometers, albuterol, defibrillators, aspirin, EpiPens, pulse oximetry, IV pumps, intranasal naloxone administration, splints, bandages, oxygen tanks and masks, and spinal immobilization equipment, oxygen delivery devices including a CPAP and advanced medications used to treat a variety of illnesses and provide pain relief.
The ambulances are neat, well maintained, hygienic and air conditioned to offer complete peace of mind.
